
Based in the UK, Dominic trained at the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art.
He has performed extensively in theatre with work in London’s West End, in regional repertory, on national and international tours across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He was in the company of the Tony award-winning productions of Twelfth Night and Richard III that transferred from Shakespeare’s Globe to the Apollo Theatre in the West End and the Belasco Theater on Broadway, alongside Sir Mark Rylance and Stephen Fry.
Other Shakespeare credits include Puck in A Midsummer Night’s Dream on world tour with TNT Theatre, Octavius Caesar in Antony and Cleopatra for Creation Theatre in Oxford, Sir Andrew Aguecheek in Twelfth Night and the title role in Hamlet for the Cambridge Shakespeare Festival. Since lockdown Dominic has also taken part in several livestream readings of Shakespeare’s plays with The Show Must Go Online: as Hortensio in The Taming of the Shrew, 1st Murderer/Duke of Norfolk in Richard III and as C-3PO in excerpts from Ian Doescher’s William Shakespeare’s Star Wars: Verily, A New Hope.
Before lockdown started Dominic was appearing in the musical Sweeney Todd for the English Theatre Frankfurt.
Other notable roles include Sir Henry in The Hound of the Baskervilles at the Barn Theatre, Cirencester; the title role in Dracula and Harold in Harold and Maude on European tours for TNT Theatre; Victor Chandibise/Poche in A Flea in Her Ear at the Tabard Theatre; Timon in Disney’s The Lion King on UK tour; Lightoller in Titanic at Southwark Playhouse; Bunthorne in Patience at the Union Theatre; Tom in Tom’s Midnight Garden at the Theatre by the Lake, Keswick; Nanki-Poo in The Mikado at the Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough; Young Buddy in Follies at the Landor Theatre; Richard Rich in A Man For All Seasons, Jem Finch in To Kill a Mockingbird and Justin West in Dolly West’s Kitchen all at Pitlochry Festival Theatre; Earl in Whistle Down the Wind at the Palace Theatre, West End and on UK tour; and The Young Thing in the UK premiere of Hello Again at the Bridewell Theatre.
His screen credits include Locked Out, Mute Series: The Late Man, What’s Your Poison?, Five Minute Meeting and Above and Beyond: The Craftsman.
